bc i see those commerical about fiber cereal and stuff like dat

Fiber is the part of the food that you eat but can't digest. A pound of fiber goes in and a pound poops out. In the meantime it kept your stomach feeling full and it kept your intestines from getting under-utilized.

If you eat rough stuff like coleslaw or whole grains they end up giving you body a lot of fiber to work with.

Fiber is important for bowel digestion. It absorbs liquid and makes the pooh a correct consistency so that you pass on a regular squedule without very hard or very wet pooh. People suffering from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or don't get enough fiber in their daily diet would benifit from Fiber supplements or fiber enriched foods like that cereal.

Also, fiber is a filler. It can make you feel full faster and longer in the day eating the same amount of food without the fiber. Great for everyone and great for those who suffer from emotional stress and want to fill up that empty feeling with food.

Fiber is found in whole grain cereals-hot cereal like oatmeal-grits or cream of wheat. Whole wheat bread and plenty of vegetables and fruits are good ways to get plenty of fiber! Getting enough fiber keeps you healthy and from being constipated!

Fiber is something you would like to eat to keep you regular.
You know take a **** every day. It helps keep your system
clean. If you don't go every day then you must be constipated.
I didn't embarrass you, did I? It's okay, everybody should eat
something with Fiber.
