Open your Firefox browser and select File, Import...you can follow the message prompts but you'll see immediately the bulleted option for importing your bookmarks, history, passwords, etc from your Internet Explorer settings.

Cheers.

In IE browser, click File, Import and Export
In the Wizard, click Next
Then click Export Favorites (should be highlighted)
Next, should be a file called bookmark.htm (in My Document folder), or file it wherever you want.
Click Next and wait until it says Finished exporting Favorites.

In Firefox browser, click Bookmarks, Manage Bookmarks
File, Import
Get the Import/Export Wizard, click on "from file", browse to the bookmark.htm and select it.
Click Next

Your Favorites should be in the "from Internet Explorer" folder.

Good luck.

I think you will like Firefox.
