i would never do it because I am risk of dieing and if i die what use would the 100$ do me. Ya, they'd help the funeral expenses but that's all!!!??

It depends on the ammount of cars in the street. If there are not a lot of cars, SURE!
But if there are a lot... well... I would need to see it.

Well, you have not told us if the cars are parked or driving...I would say yes, guessing that they are parked.
