Go to college and get a degree in something that will actually make money...just wanting to be a singer is far too risks...look at the stats.

Doesn't mean you can't be a singer too...just have a backup plan for IF you fail...

Advice for an aspiring singer? Hmm, well I would just stay inspired and motivated by listening to the albums of the musicians who have influenced me to want to become a singer. Stay positive and work hard! Eventually, all your hard work and talent will pay off.

Good luck! :)

you make your own CD then you hand them out at your school or church. and you find a person who owns a record store become friends with them. ask them can you put your Cd's in there. do not charge any. when allot of people star taking them then you charge them. if you have a friend that knows someone who can sing just give them your CD. you will start singing everywhere in no time.

Well, practice a lot and don't stress too much. Don't overwork yourself either...listen to people's constructive criticism, but don't stress if they say you suck or anything. That's the best advice I can offer; I want to be a singer one day myself.

Good luck~

I agree with Billy; get a college degree,. You would be surprised how many singing stars have degrees! (A marketing degree will help alot with promoting your career too!)
