If as a woman you can not understand why we cannot figure out what to do or are not patient it is because the symtoms change all the time some months it is not that bad other months and in some cases it seems to be hour the pain increases to a from a guys stand point intolerable amount. What us men can not figure out is, if this is really such a big problem how do you women hide it so well before engagement and sometimes until marriage. Very seldom do you find a women that will let on like anything is bothering her when you are dating. But after one of these events take place then it seems that an alternate personality appears from no where. The question us men want to know is if it did not bother you enough to complain or make excuses about your behavior because of it when we did not have a commitment to you, then why magically is it just now appearing so late in the relationship. I would wager to say that most men would agree with me that this is a form of entrapment. Be nice to the guy because if we show him our true self he will not like me. I think if more women would tell there boyfriends these problems before they get married guys would be alot more sympathetic.

It is not only that men do not understand what you are going through but there seems to be a double standard on these things for men. Women say it is ok for them to be witches once a month because of hormones, but if a guy happens to have a bad day it is the end of the world and he probably will never hear the end of it. Guys do not understand this phenomenom I hope I have given you some insight on how guys think.

just do what I do,
I select one day usually a Sunday (maybe its because I am feeling hard done by and everyone except me sits around waiting to be served on, on Sundays) I thrash the washing on - throw the dinner together- hoover the sitting room while everyone is watching TV (no one complains) I throw food at the cat and tell absolutely everyone about their problems and what I want done about them - I AM THE ***** FROM HELL!!! then I have a bit of a break down, tell my OH what I would like to do (usually shopping) and hey presto we are in the car heading towards a shopping centre, that's it I am cured and happy again - so come on guys whats not to understand?

why dint u post it on mens section, they will tell u exactly why. i tried but they might think they understand but the clearly dont. no1 understands anytrhing they dont or bnever had so its just natural for tehm not to know. they can try to understand but most are just lazy or heartless so wont bother but not all (dont get me wrong!). there are soem rare guys like sum1 above mentioned and i just wish i get to have one of em for myself someday.

Oh those hormones ... my fella is great, he'll go buy the stuff I need, get me steak, offer me chocolate/tea/ibobrufen/hot water bottle/hug as required, it doesn't take much really but then generally speaking guys aren't as emotionally intelligent so ... he's a rare gem, is my fella.
