omf god i only have 1 gang left in little havana but i cant find it ive been looking for days on the scarface

Go into your Empire map. When the "skull" is white the gang is active and you can find it. If it is gray, you will not see any members.

if ur lookin for the haiten gang look near the hopsital. or if ur lookin for the other gang head near the cab company.

Look in the backalleys...you have to go into the alley to see the symbol.
