(1) Inform your parents and your sister, and take the flak that you so richly deserve for putting yourself and your sister in such a situation. (2) Approach the local cops and get a background check done on him.
(3) Since you know what he looks like, (ensure that your family also see his pics/videos) be vigilant.
(4) And ask you sis to be extra careful and keep an eye open for the guy.
(5) Never ever share your confidentail information, photos with anyone online, unless you are 100% sure of that persons identity and background.
NOTE: The only thing that is worrying is that if he has given you wrong details and a link to someone else's video, well just keep your fingers crossed and hope that the guy is harmless.
You then really don't know who to be wary of. in that case. Maybe the Internet Service Provider can help the cops locate him then.

I meet my husband on the Internet over 6 years ago. But I think the Internet chat rooms are getting worse ever day! So really you are the only person who can tell if he is good. Does he talk to you about sex or as you "personnel" questions? If so then I would stay away from him. Chances are if you meet him in a game room...then he is not really a bad person. Most of the crazy guys hang out in the chat rooms. How old are you? I was 16 when I meet my now husband in a yahoo chat room, he was 19 at the time. We talked for 4 months and then I meet him at a Festival at the beach (without telling my mom, she would of killed me) but I took a friend. He was my first kiss, then we just stayed friends and talked...then when I was 17 we decided we wanted to date, so I gave him my phone number and he called me and I didn't know how to tell my mom about him so he got on the phone with her and asked if he could come see me. She said yes and we started dating soon after that and we are now 21 and 24 and married for almost 2 years. I've since told my mom about me meeting him at the Festival.
Give me his e-mail and yahoo name, I'll find out if he is crazy or not

Keep talking to him.
Tell him that your herpes medicine has a strange drug interaction with your aids meds, and that you just don't think your doctor believes you. Then go into how your older brother's FINALLY out of prison, which really is a relief because now you can give him his gun collection back instead of having to keep it under your bed.
You might also want to talk about how you may have to put down your pitbull because he practically ate the next door neighbor's kid...
you get the idea.

Erase him! List his email address as spam - block him on messenger. He can't talk to you unless you open the door to it. Got it? if he finds you in a game room, act like you r your mother playing on your ID and tell him off. Guys always run away when the parents get involved, how does he know who's sitting there. As long as he doesn't have specific information (specific enough for him to locate you in your town) you'll be fine. if you have given him this info and u r truly scared then go to the police. Hope this helped. Good luck and be safe!!

Tell your sister and your parents immediately. Let the authorities know that you are scared and why, tell them everything, tell them now.
If you are in fear of being in danger or are in fear of someone else being in danger, do not take any chances, get the authorities involved immediately.
There is no reason to put yourself or anyone else at risk, take action now.

Remember that you can always stop talking to him online, or make up a good excuse like "i'm getting cable and i'll be off for some time" and then you never show up again. I would reccomend meeting someone in person like in school or work

Stop. If you have a really bad feeling about him than stop emailing him and crap. But if you need to know for sure meet him in a PUBLIC place and if he never shows than chances are he's a creep.

That was the longest sentence I think I've ever seen.
Seriously, it's probably nothing, but just to be safe, tell your parents about it.
