Stupid question, but very technically she could disolve Parliament and call a General Election.
However, as this would be an attack on democracy it would likely have two effects: firstly, none of the political parties would accept her ruling, and it would more likely result in the end of Monarchy and the UK becoming a Republic, and secondly, if there was a contested election the majority of the British people would stand up and support democracy and vote Labour to make the point that they are not prepared to be dictated to by an un-elected, hereditary ruler. (See Australia around 1972, when the Queen technically "sacked" the Labor Prime Minister, Gough Whitlam, but his Party called an immediate General Election and won a substantial victory).

Can he not be charged with an illegal war in Iraq.
After proposing S.H had W.M.D, that could be deployed in 45 Min's, hes now saying the country needed a regime change. Totally illegal or even a sick bird!!!. No matter what, our Queen should invoke protocol over him and prosecute him for bringing this Government into disrepute with the Crown...something like that anyway...don't know the jargon....

Unfortunately not. It has long been argued that the Queen could refuse to dissolve parliament when the Prime Minister calls a general election, but most experts think that is impossible

bring about a vote of no confidence and then launch your own party in opposition.
Any party that can get rid of the plonker would get my vote.

What's the matter with you Queenie?
Something "bad" up your rear end.
Tony Blair is the greatest, most intelligent man on the planet.
He can also "jest" with the best.
Put Tony next to Bush....then you will see what real "failure" is.

Your grace, your eminence! Why don't you disguise yourself as his buddy Bush so he will let you in his home? That's when you unleash the killer bees. All hail the Queen!
