I'll tell you a secret. This sounds kind of stupid but it actually works. When ever you're sitting down raise your heels of the ground so that only your toes r touching. DO this when ever you sit and your wertical should improve by a least two inches in a month

5 pound ankle weights on each leg, do 3 sets of a minute or more just jumping up and down. don't play bball wearing these though, or go to a step and raise yourself up using your toes

yo i got mad hops and i'm only 13 so all i do is run sprints everey day and do a jumprope 4 30 mins straight i may be tall but height aiin't everthing got any more questions email me at nbastunna15@yahoo.com

i had a kung fu friend, lives in china now. he always said the proper ninjas start with a spade, and start digging a hole. every day they dig a bit deeper, and jump out of it in 1 go. some of them can make 20'. onto rooftops. you ever seen the shaolin monks? he trained with them.

do squats n lift ur legs calf raises and walk on ur toes u can also get jump soles
