If someone that you have had a history with but you are now just friends with is nice to you and states: YOU ROCK......what does this mean in your opinion?

It means that you are totally cool and they appreciate you. At least around my place it does.

well it means your cool, i like the way you handle yourself. I like a lot of things about you. But don't read into it they want to create more history. my kids freinds say I rock.
