After years of pain i should be really happy however my bladder is not emtying and i have a catheter. I have to go back into hospital next week to see if it will work without the catheter, if not it goes back in. I am devastated in case i have it for life. Has this ever happened to anyone and whats my chances. I know there is always someone much worse off but right now i am feeling really low and keep crying.

I feel for you.

I know of a few people who had the operation
and recovered nicely.

I had a prolapsed disc just a few month ago
but managed to get better just by physio + swimming
and exercising posture...

Hang in there. Hope u'll feel better soon!

Hey, recovery takes months and months! hang on in there and have faith. Have you ever seen a cranial oesteopath? They work on the central nervous system. I highly recommend it.
