when u delete a file, technically it goes to the recycle bin, but it's actually mareked unread for a while, in that time u can retrive it back (even if u emptied ur recycle bin) using any recovering program like Recover4All..

I think you meant "deleting data or file"... If thats the case then it goes to the Recycle Bin... It will be stored there unless you emptied it... Bigger data or files which the Recycle Bin cannot accommodate will be deleted permanently...........

whatever you delete from your computer goes to the recycle bin
from where it can be later restored but if you delete it from there
it is lost forever

it goes to recycle bin if you delete it without pressing shift key , if not it hides in memory of your computer and you can recover it

It doesn't "go" anywhere - it stays exactly where it was before, except now that area of the disk is marked as unoccupied.

It doesn't "go" anywhere. It gets "marked" as no longer being write protected and will exist until it is overwritten with new data.
