The Aorta, which is the bodies main artery, runs from your heart to your lower abdomen, so it could be this that you're feeling. I feel this from time to time, and it has never caused me any problems. If however, the twinges become more painful and you experience any dizziness or other symptoms than see your GP, as it could be the beginning of an Aortic aneurysm. Try not to worry too much, and if you are still worried mention it at your next chemo session. Best of luck with your treatment, Mel.

It means you're holding back and not extending yourself too easily or too readily. You're not behaving like an eager beaver, and personally I think that's a really good thing.

It means you don't talk much about yourself or you don't talk much in general. You keep/reserve things to yourself.
