What is a good ab exercise that could help form a V on the lower stomack area, you know, right on the hips and lower, and what is another one that would help tone the abs and make them look really nice. I'm trying to impress my girl friend, so don't get all weird on me here. Thanks!

Regular old situps will do just fine. Work your way up to 300 a day (I'm serious here) to develop those "penis lines" (as I've heard them called before). Also, you will probably have to have somewhere around 12-17% body fat, which is a feat on its own. Good luck.
