Do all the other suggestions, and remember to drink the recommended amount of water too. The celebrities all have great skin, not only because of skin treaments, but because they drink the amount they are supposed to everyday. Milk is another thing you should be drinking. Both will help your skin.

Are you dieting because if you are you should probably go about it another way. Or you might not be getting enough sun light (thats sad i'm making you sound like a plant sorry)
