Certainly.

Some ghosts can do anything a living person can do, except lick salt.

Why, I come home sometimes from work and my
computer is on and logged into a chat room. Now
who did that I wonder?

When I go to bed I turn out all the lights and lock the
doors. Yet, sometimes when I get up to pee in the
middle of the night, the light in the kitchen is on.

When I get back in bed, i often have to toss and turn
for a while until I get to sleep. Then my dog jumps up
and starts barking like crazy. But, I can't find anything
there.

Someone is always sneaking into my house and moving my car/house keys away from the spot where I always keep them. I think it is the mystery ghost car driver that lives in that old house at the corner of our street. Everyone in the neighborhood remembers that terrible night when his car went into the ditch upside down and cut off his head. They say he is still driving around at night looking for it.

Oh well... Almost bedtime. I gotta go.

I believe that there are ghosts and are probably able to use the computer because even in our workplace the computer turned on and off by itself especially when there is no one else in the building, except the guard. Well, the guard can see that the computers were shut down but it seems like somebody is using it, seeing the monitor screen suddenly lighting up but could not see anybody. It may be a ghost or not but he sure do know how to frighten a guard.

There are many documented cases (and undocumented) of spirits that are revealed in white noise, aka EVP.

A friend mentioned once that when she moved to a small town as a teen, her dad's computer at that time became "possessed" and she did not feel comfortable at all even walking past the room with the lights off. And she is not the kind of person to make things up for attention. I definitely believe it's possible for them to use technology. As for surfing the internet, I don't think so.

If ghosts can possess things, then yes, they can surf the net. Actually, it'd be like a computer virus, imbedding itself in the Internet. Cool, huh? The worst virus in the world.

they need a living medium who has latent psychokinetic abilities, and they can only do as much as their medium is strong enough to allow, but surfing the internet would be possible--but it's not really popular among spirits yet because most of them died before it became what it is today, and they wouldn't know how

Uh...no, sorry bud, but ghosts don't exist. There is no evidence which validates the idea of an afterlife. Live while you can because as far as any of us knows you only get one chance.

Yes, they can touch you. Speak to you, they can let you know when they are there, but it depends on how open your mind is to ghosts. If you allow them in, than you will see, hear and feel them.

My mother once told me she was getting our drinks out when we were children, and she felt someone tugging on her dress. She dididn't look, she said "Yeah, wait there. I'm getting them out now". She felt another tug on her dress, and when she turned to give the drink to who she thought was one of us at the time, there was no-one there.

It was Linda, the ghost friend we (my brother, sister and I) used to play with.

I believe they can interfere with electronics, like making a phone ring or causing electronics to go on the fritz. But I don't believe they can actually type coherent messages online or anything like that.
