You should have sex when you're ready and in love. You're not ready if you have doubts, or your scared, or you're even asking this question in the first place. It should be special and memorable with someone you deeply love. I would wait it out. Trust your gut feeling.

If you are scared then that is a sign that you are not ready yet. You have a lot to be scared about too. STD's, Pregnancy!! take it easy. Sex should be for love not just because everyone else is. Remaining a virgin could be a smart thing to do these days.

If you are married abstain until you are married. Birth control is not 100% effective in any from except for abstaining. Also, it involves the heart and making love is not that at all if all it is is sex. It is lust. Don't get in a hurry. Be patient and wait for the one that you will share your life with. It will be the best gift you have ever given.

I wish I could help you. I am totally for waiting, but as for advice about being scared, IT HURTS LIKE ****. I guess I am trying to keep you away from it. If you're getting married that's different, but I do respect the fact that it's your decision. Go on birth control before hand, and use KY jelly or another lubricant for the first couple times.

Get birth control and wear condoms. But if you really scared then don't do it. It will hurt though the first time, that is what my friend said anyway.

You have to completely trust the guy. It does hurt and you have to trust him to go slow. If you're really scared, you should wait.
