try dragging and dropping it into a "MS Paint ". then when open , go to "save as" option in "file" and chage extension to JPEG or JPG . Its under the save button.

What is a .bin file? Is this something someone sent you from a Mac to a Windows PC?

Screen capture it by using Alt-prnt screen. Paste it into Word, crop it to where you want. Then select the image, right click, save as .... and that's all there is to it.

im not sure what bin is, but i use irfanview for all my picture reformatting... irfanview.com
