I am/was with a man the father of my one year old son for the last 4 years. Two years ago we broke up for a short amount of time. I being the the stupid b*tch that I am went to someone I knew he used to hang out with and would tell me stuff about him. Well after telling me all this stuff I ended up sleeping with him. I kept it inside for two years and I just recently told my "man." Well know he wants all the detail...like where, what positions, how long, how long after it was done did I leave? What do I do? I want to be with him and he says there is no chance if I don't answer his question.

There's no value in telling him. What you need to tell him is it is embarrasing and you completely regret it and you love him, and that asking you to spell out all the sordid details is the equivalent to making you relive the experience....one which you've already told him you wish had never happened.
If you tell him, it will NOT make things better. He feels he has a right to know, but it will do NOTHING to promote healing, and in fact will just make it tougher for him to get past because then he'll have a clear mental image of what you two did. Better that he leave it vague.
He's hurt right now, and he's making an ultimatum. Tell him all this, and if he threatens to leave, then let him leave. The fact that he didn't walk out on you as soon as you told him says something right there; he wants to find a way to preserve this, but he is PO'd, and rightfully so.
Or, it could mean that he's just trying to humiliate you before he walks out the door by making you spell out the details first.
You may have to prepare yourself for a temporary seperation. But telling him will only hurt your chances further of preserving this relationship.

If you were not together at the time of your goof up, your present man doesn't have to know all the details and has no right to tell you, that if you don't tell him all the details, he doesn't want anything to do with you. He isn't the man for you! Get rid of him and move on with your life!
