I can always find great deals on www.funjet.com . I always check everyone else, and they always have the best prices. Look at their hot deals. Also price the air separartely and do a land only package. Usually I will price it both ways because sometimes I save booking the air separate. I go to this area of Mexico about 1-2 times per year and this always works for me.

We're from the NY area so we generally fly either Continental or USA3000. USA3000 has their own website usa3000airlines.com

Not knowing your exact location, it is difficult to suggest which airlines to use but I would suggest that you try priceline.com or airfarewatchdog.com, I have also added a link for Spirit Airlines.
