I quit. I smoked Marlboro ultra lights primarily.
I had open heart surgery in March and 4 bypasses. Whatever you smoke, trust me it is not worth that pain and you never feel the same. Take a minute to think about it. I quit cold turkey and was very addicted. I keep 2 packs left over in my car in plain sight. When I get that strong craving still I look at them and to date never touched one. I see myself with that hose down my throat and all the chest pain that followed and what I had to force myself to do, just to be able to sit up.The bill was $70,000 and a life time of expensive pills to come. It is a very strong craving I understand if anyone does but to let a little cig control your life and well being, it just is not worth it. You don't know what pain is until someone opens up your chest..Peace

Up until 3 months ago I smoked Richmond menthol superkings, now I don't smoke at all, I got myself some of those filters with the little type of ciggy butt you insert into it and that was a great help, I still had the ciggy in finger feeling but not the smoking, hard at first but I did it and now I am free of the weed and a richer for it, I found it easier to do when I was online.

I smoke rollups. Usually duty-free Golden V or if I can't get any I'll buy a little packet of Drum or Samson (they're pretty much the same), though right now and for the forseeable future I'm smoking this cheap, cheap stuff my mate got me from Cyprus, called Red Bull (I kid you not), and I always use small blue Rizlas and slim Swan filters.
I pretty much chain smoke when I'm in the pub or otherwise engaged in the consumption of alcoholic beverages, and the rest of the time I smoke about one an hour.

I prefer Marlboro Menthol Lights. Sometimes I just smoke Marlboro Menthols, but that's pretty rare. I smoke the most when I'm in my car. For some reason it relaxes me.

Yes I smoke and yes I smoke more when i'm online or going out or even talking on the phone. I smoke Camel lights. I think you smoke more while doing these things because you have more time to think about smoking.

I usually smoke rollies, but a real cig treat for me is a packet of Luckies. I love 'em.

And I tend to smoke something else when I'm online. Brings out the answering guru/cocky idiot in me.

I dont smoke but alot of my friends smoke alot more when going out. Some only smoke when going out, i wonder why that is. Must be the alcohol.

I don't smoke, though I did, and had the good sense to give it up 45 years ago. I got to the stage where I was no longer gaining any satisfaction, but still persisted.
Want to give it up? Then don't be brow-beaten by friends who ridicule your attempts to stop. Be yourself, and don't follow the herd.
I got my stepson to work out how much he spent on smoking and the result staggered him - stopping enabled him to write-off his substantial credit card debt, and have more satisfactory fun with the savings.

I don't smoke in the house, kids. I smoke whatever is cheap and not too unpleasant. I have no loyalty to a brand of product that may well kill me.
