Please guys, I need help. I can't enable Flash on my PSP because the internet doesn't work. Is there a simple way to do this without internet? Please help me!

You can't. Here is what the Sony site says under the 2.7 update, which was the first update with Flash.
[Enable Flash® Player] has been added as a setting under [System Settings].
You must be connected to the Internet to activate this setting.

just go into your settings and enable it. you dont need internet to do that.but theres no point for the flash if your not gonna use the internet.
