After reading your previous questions and your email, as a Homeopath I would prescribe SULFUR 200 once daily first thing in the morning and NUX VOMICA half hour before dinner approximately 12 hours after taking SULFUR and take ARSENICUM ALBUM 30 thrice a day half hour before or after meals. All Homeopathic remedies work best when taken on an empty stomach and with nothing to eat at least half hour after taking them.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee Mints and Red Meat while taking Homeopathic Remedies and keep them away from Heat Sunlight strong perfumes and smells and do not store in a refrigerator. Report back with your progress after taking them for three days regularly.
Take Care and God Bless

To make it very simple and inexpensive, try Melatonin supplements to get a good nights sleep. Take 1 tab 1 hour before bed and you will sleep like a baby. This supplements your natural production of melatonin - also non-addictive and you won't be groggy in the mornining.
For stress relief, go to Wal-mart or any vitamin shop and buy some "Calms" by Highland brand. They are all natural, non-addictive and work great to calm down from stress. I have used them for years and they work great.

Valerian and Kava Kava is good for stress. I've also heard that passionflower is good but haven't tried it. Turkey is a good food for stress. I has tryptophan in it. It is something that helps you relax. On Thanksgiving people even fall asleep easily from eating too much of it. LOL

Valerian is pretty good I use it for a good nights sleep although you can wake up really groggy. Kava Kava has a slight chance of liver damage.
Strawberries are supposed to be good.
I'd recommend not drinking caffeine

There are a couple of really good articles on this exact subject at ( http://www.reducingstress.net ) They have a whole section on how stress relates to diet, exercise and weight.

i make my own "stress" tea. if you have access to "badia" brand spices its really cheap too! you mix 1 bag linden (tilo), 1 bag chamomile, 1 bag peppermint (i think the bag says "yerba buena"). It is very important to find relaxing things to do as well. Try a hobby or grow plants or bonsai. De-stressing is about changing everything you do. We learn stress so its not that hard to un-learn.

Great herbs for stress is lemon balm and astragalus. Astragalus is best as tea cause tincture is too strong.
