That depends on a lot of things. Right now, career, whether it's yours or his, seems to be the priority right now. It's hard to progress a relationship unless both are as equally committed to it. I think you will find that you will end up growing apart anyway. It's not your fault, it's not his. You are both just needing different things that the other can't give.
