make sure you apply it right where your eyelashes grow and if that doesn't work try buying liquid eye liner, its easier that a marker

whatever you do, don't stretch your eyelids. that will cause wrinkles at an early age. it just takes practice. make sure you have a good brand of eyeliner. brand does have to do with quality. don't spend like 50 bucks on a pencil. but go for somewhere around the middle of the prise range. just keep practicing. i tried on my leg for a while...hhehe

pull the skin under your eye down and apply just above the bottom lashs on the pink skin

the best way to apply eyeliner..is to have the best eyeliner. i use brush eyeliner the brush is very thin..it goes on smooth. by loreal linuer intense..try it you will like it.

pull down the skin on you eye and just follow it...try not to put too much on the pink part because you can get an eye infection because that part actually touches your eye..

well you burn the eyeliner then you pull you bottom lid down and slowly apply to bottom lid ( i hate to see anything close to my eyes)
