And why?

Answering.

Reasons:
-------------------
I've heard, and I believe, it's better to give than to receive. Yes, you do also get points for it, but there are other points to be had, such as the satisfaction of helping another. And if your answer is picked as the best, it's an ego boost. Sometimes, in the process of coming up with the best answer for a question, I find out stuff I didn't even know. Plus, the intellectual activity of answering the questions are great mental exercise.

If you have a question, it will bother you until you get an answer, (assuming you ever get an answer that satisfies you, or any answer at all for that matter).

Great question, btw.

I think answer is more fun. I mean it's nice to get an answer to those burning questions you have but I always feel good after I have answered someone's question because I know that I have helped someone.

I enjoy answering more than asking. Asking costs points and answering doesn't. Sometimes answering gains you more than just 2 points when your answer is picked the best you get 10 points. For me it's all about the points.

I think it is more fun to answer. It keeps my thought processes going, and my writing skills up. Anyway, I'm not a very good asker. Some people can phrase a question just the right way and get people to think. I don't think it is a good sign when people answer your questions with "Huh?" or "Are you an idiot?" But that's okay, I'll keep trying.

As an old man I enjoy or favor the answers. A good number of them can be answered with down to earth answers from experience that I really enjoy providing. Others I like to tease as I'm a down to earth type of guy. Then there's always the jerks trying to use their senseless crap who will get nothing but the same from me. As a disabled person it gives me something to do rather then just waste my time away plus it keeps my mind active. Oh, and I have also learned from the experiences in Q&A too as I do believe you learn something new everyday of your life.
So SMILE, have a good day and enjoy... I do.

I like answering better. Right now I'm trying to get to level 5, so I haven't asked a whole lot of questions.♥ And I also think it sucks that we get docked 5 points for every question we ask, and only get 2 for every one we answer.♥

I like answering because of the points and that I get to see what people are wondering, like your question. Have a nice day.
