There is a bleed valve down by the thermostat housing. It is on a smaller line but is definitely part of the cooling system. After you fill the anti-freeze you have to turn that valve until coolant starts to flow out of the valve then close it. The engine has to be running to do this though.

make sure you open the screw vent on the thermostat housing when you fill the radiator keep it open untill all the air leave and coolant runs out.
