What would happen (i'm just crious, i'm not going to do it) if someone inserted a gun into their anus and pullled the trigger? could I get a medical opinion?

Well, I can't help but tell the joke -- the person would have a big pain in the ***.
No, seriously, it would be an excruciatingly painful death. Any wound to the abdominal area, leads to massive internal bleeding, and a slow death (ie, impossible to operate on the person quickly enough to stop the bleeding). In the case that you describe, however, would most likely blow out the entire area, and death would be very quick.
