When you where at school (or now if your younger like me) were you nasty people just for having red hair,if so why!!!!!

i personly don't see whats wrong with red hair ive got red hair and i love finding all the facts about how the red gene makes us so different.rock on reds!!!!!

No ! Red hair is lovely especialy if it's curly !! I have boring light bown hair which is really straight ! Red haired people stand out ! and arn't boring ! People shouldn't judge people by their hair colour it's like racism !!

No, well yes. In primary school people were nasty but as I got older I was just sweet and nice;)
I now have the most gorgeous 6 year old nephew with stunning red hair

Why would you be nasty to someone who has red hair? Im in high school right now and everyone envies those that have red hair. As a matter of fact my best friend has red hair as do her four sisters...they are very beautiful young woman and many guys at our school are very attracted to them. As for guys with red hair, I only know two and I have never heard of them being made fun of because of it. Today red hair creates more envy, than it attracts critisism.

Why would kids with red hair be nasty? They are usually the ones getting picked on. I have red hair, and i hated the names I got called, i aint ginger either. Just think you cant get a natural hair dye in red, it unique not like blonde and brown that you can get out of a bottle. Anyone who thinks theres something wrong with redheads I wouldnt p iss on them if they were on fire.

I never made fun of anybody in school. In the summer time, my hair has a red tint to it, and my cousin had red hair. There is nothing wrong with red hair, and if people are making fun of you, just ignore them.

no, and i had two boyfriends with ginger hair.
i will confess though to using it as a tool to insult my ex husbands new girlfriend. i know its wrong though, i jut cant help myself.
i think kids are so cruel. they pick on anything that is different.
if your being bullied about having red hair, try not to take it personally, if it wasnt ur hair they d find something else .
they ll soon get bored and move onto the next poor sod

Nope I had 2 good mates who had red/ginger hair... one was my best mate right from Junior school right through to college. Lost touch now, and we ran out of things to talk about/grew apart but... no I've never had any problem or bullied people because of hair colour or anything else they can't change!

I don't have red hair, but I agree with you about Ginger, she speaks about feminism and equal rights, and yet she subjects herself in provocative ways...no I don't think red hair is ugly, there is a college freshman with a beautiful head of red hair.

When I was at school we were taught grammar and spelling, and of course many other things !
I am pleased to state that in my school days 'bullying' was not tolerated for any reason, be it because of a persons looks, size, religion or anything else. Collectively we should be able stop all BULLYING by individuals or governments if the majorities just stuck together.
Unfortunately us good guys elect to have the ' easy life ' and the Bully takes advantage.

My best friend had red hair and I thought she looked lovely..but the guy I had to partner in country dancing (it WAS a long time ago) had red hair and I hated him.
