go to your 401k website and research your options yourself. take 100 and subtract out your age, this will give you the % of your investment to put into stocks.the rest put into bonds and stable funds.

maybe this checklist helps you which percentage you can invest during this year calenderyear 2013 have you the correct forms when moving a product from A to B have you read the rules of the product have you read where the fund are investing in some funds are only for US persons have you read what the minium amount of money is to invest cannot give any advice here you should read the information about each fund have you read the article about taxes on 401k published on a news site in january 2013

it depends. im assuming the 400 is not everything, if it is, i only invest half. wheres the 400 now? what do you need to better?
personally i'd go worldwide, some in japan, china, new zealand, sa, and if you want, half us makets.
