I don't want to know what you thought of the car. I would like to know more of what you thought of the sales process.

Please include if it was a new or used vehicle and if it was from a dealer or personal owner.

i bought my car from a small dealership owned by a larger dealership. (they had different names)... anyhow, i should have walked away from the deal because the guy could hardly figure out the paper work. i got a good deal on the used car. they hardly made any money off of me. i didn't trade my other vehicle in either. there were also several problems with the car that they legally vowed to fix (in writing). they fixed the things half-a$$. i should have stuck to my gut and walked away from the morons, but i really wanted the car. it was a discontinued model in the very color, style, etc. that i was looking for. the sale process of buying cars is pretty annoying. it is like buying a house.

for my next vehicle, i will be buying a new vehicle from a reputable dealer. also, i will be looking for a more practical vehicle in my next purchase, so it will be easier to find.

Satisfied. Bought a used Honda Civic hybrid from a dealer. Dealer was helpful, pricing was appropriate, in generally a satisfactory experience. Previous auto purchase, different dealer, different brand, same results.
