I would love to meet Nikki Giovanni. I heard her recite a poem on the Mike Douglas Show many years ago, and I have never been able to find it.

Another person I would have loved to meet was Luther Vandross. He seemed like such a genuine person.

It would be a toss up between Gertrude Stein and Joseph Campbell, and Ghandi. I suspect I would have the opportunity to meet more famous artists and writers with Stein so tend to lean more towards her.

Kurt Cobain. His life is so interesting. I am so sad that I was to young to know who he was while he was still alive. He brought so much to the music world, and he is still so widely known. He was the next Elvis.
