I am worried about finding a good professional job in a city/town that engenders intellectual pursuits, culture, and is not judgemental. There are other factors to my query, but that would bore you.
I am not looking for religious answers. I already have found a satisfactory spiritual life.

There is no such place like you picture it here. People all vary and unless you want to primarily stay alone as a hermit, outside evils and others could mess up your day. To have what you describe here takes money and if you need work then I have no idea where that would be. I would suggest staying away from the larger cities all over as the traffic and pace will upset your plans of tranquility I am sure. Select a climate that best suits you first and then take into consideration the areas attributes as well per population stats.
