Can one really say no in a theocracy?

If you have public stake burnings, I'm not sure what brand of freedom that would fall under. Maybe the same type of freedom the Soviets had, where a citizen of the USSR could vote for whomever he wished, so long as it was an approved communist.

Can one really say no in a theocracy? I would argue that not only can a person say no, but that it is our responsibility to say no to tyranny (religious or otherwise).

I think some people deserve to be publicly assasinated. Such as child molestors and murderers.
