No and this is why. He will judge you on your behavior towards his girlfriend. Act like a biitch and you have no chance with him. Be casual, grin and bear it until he dumps her.
Also, if you truly do love him, you would want him to be happy no matter what, even if it's not with you.

Hmm.. trying to make his girlfriend jealous just might do the opposite and only make her mad, which could make it more difficult for you
Breaking up a relationship isn't always good, let him come to you if he feels the same way about you
