Well, it depends upon the job you're applying for. Yes, you can wear boots to an interview if your applying for a construction job and the interview venue is at the field or construction site.

However, if the venue of your interview is in a corporate office, I advise you to properly dress up since interviewers expect the interviewees to look good and in their best form. Indeed, this is a plus factor.

NOPE.. If they are not very obvious I guess they will be ok but LOOK PROFESSIONAL if you are looking for a good job!
