I am Macedonian Resident and I would like to know if I can visit Spain without a visa,any suggegtions.

I think you need a visa but anyway try this site: http;//faq.macedonia.org/travel/
It´s The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and there´s a visa regime of the Republic of Macedonia towards other countries. That´s where I have read the information.

No, until Macedonia becomes part of the EEC you will need a visa. You may apply for it at the Spanish Embassy or consulate closest to where you live.
