Married too young...I was only 22 when I got married the first time. I had no idea who I was and definitely thought my husband was a different person. As I began to mature, my husband didn't. We got a divorce after two years of marriage.
I remarried 5 years ago at age 32...I married someone 13 years older than me. Marriage is certainly better the second time around!
Good luck!

The first time I got married I was 15. We divorced when I was 18 because he had a girlfriend and he refused to choose between us so I made the choice for him. I married number two at the ripe old age of 19 and got tired of supporting his dead beat butt and I divorced him when I was 37. There ought to be laws in all 50 states against teenage marriage. I am now 41 and looking for an adult relationship.

When I came home from work, and she had moved out , and moved in with another man.....that was enough for me to decide. If I had had any sense, it would have happened many years before that though....like 25 years. I can look back at it now with some humor, but truly, we KNOW when the marriage is over, and need to end it then, instead of dragging on with it hoping things will change.

Getting married to a stranger.
The trick is you have to know yourself first... that alone can take a lifetime.
More specifically: you have to understand what the primary intentions are enough to know if they are the same. Similar hobbies are not enough. You really have to know what it is you are living for.
I think most of us get married because it feels good to be with that somebody. But over time, that feeling will change. You have got to share a goal big enough to give your entire life up to, and then see if you can agree on how to accomplish it.
Hope that helps.

there are as many reasons for divorce as there are poeple. so pick one you like. i think the main reasons are that people are to childish to be in a giving relationship with another person, they want everything and are not willing to give anything.

My husband had an affair. We stopped working at our relationship. He was not commited enough to try and make things work so he took the easy way out.

Emotional abuse, verbal abuse, throughout most of the marriage. I lost all love for him after years of constant abuse, to the point we no longer shared the same bed.
