We always hear that the left handed people are more clever, and I also heard that they die earlier than the right handed on average.

The right hand is tied to the Left-hemisphere of the brain, and the left hand is tied to the Right-hemisphere of the brain. There might be some subtle differences... but these would have been pretty much put aside with the influence of others in ones family and in school.
The Right-hemisphere is the doorway to the Esoteric realms within oneself, and thus, one might wonder if a natural inclination toward the Esoteric might have subtly influenced ones choice of hand use? I doubt that any Left-brain researcher has ever thought to research this subtle possibility.... and would not have known what ot look for, or would have misinterpreted it, had something been there.

More right brained. A bit more creatively and imaginatively inclined.
Also, better looking, and likely more intelligent!
