actually I would say that with their alliance,both.Korea now has the bomb,but probably wouldn't use it because their methods of delivery{missiles}aren't that great,they just want to be acknowledged,but he wouldn't hesitate to sell the bomb to whoever wants to buy it ,which Iran would be the first in line if no AL Queida.Usama Bin Laden has the money as well as Iran,and they both want to see the western civilization destroyed,and bring Islamic law into effect to control the world and bring the 12th imam and the apocalypse on
