Any ideas as far as costumes, makeup, and accessories go?

wear a typical pink princess outfit and put that dead, white face paint on. mix princess beauty with features of the typically dead. make your eyes pretty and skin tone dead-looking. make your lips funky looking like you're dead because that is more realistic. oh, and if you choose, get one of those fake bloody knives that you can attach to your body (on your stomach would be best) and then drizzle fake blood from there down. but do this with enough time for it to dry before you go out!
