It sounds like you a pretty young, and nice guys your age are very shy. He may be the one to ask you out, but you might have to be the one to make him comfortable enough with question so that he will ask. Find out what he likes to do and what you have in common. When you hit upon the right thing, just let him know that you would like to see it too, but you don't want to go alone. If he likes you, then he will see it as an opening that he can take advantage of. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Besides, guys that age need all the help they can get.

some guys like a girl who will make the first move. If you lke him ask him out. And if he likes you he'll say yes, and if not there's always going to be someone who does like you, you just have to find them.
