No, you don't need an attorney to form a land trust, however, if you have never been in involved with one before or do not have the appropriate agreement(s) for your state, then you either need to get the counsel of a real estate attorney or someone who has the documents. You may want to pay for the first one and then you will be on your way.

Go cheap now, pay for it later. Don't be tempted to not use an attorney..you will pay for it later when things go wrong ..Spend the money now to protect yourself later!
