What is your format? You know your listeners are 15 - 35...is it pop, alternative, country, r&b? Once you know that, you'll be able to figure out where to go from there. You've got to figure that some of your listener base will be at work at noon, so you might not want to get too dirty or crude - that's what night shows are for.
Knowing your format would help a lot. As far as contest ideas, think about current events. If you're playing music, take things that your artist's are doing and incorporate them into games and contests. For example, if you're playing Mariah Carey, you could have done some sort of contest that had to do with her breakdown. Trivia and pop culture are always good fillers.

Do daily horoscopes. Have a continuing serial story going on. We used to tune into our local station to listen to the adventures of Pushy and Reba Boscow of Goose Island at noon every day. Have fun!

Prizes could be gift certificates at a store that sells cd's, video games etc.
Young people love to give their opinion on any topic. Have people call in with stories about their best Halloween costume...or what thing annoys them to the breaking point. If the story is good enough to make you laugh give them the G.C.
