Is hating anyone a true feeling or a mere realization that what we hate is our own self and hence projecting this feeling of hate onto someone else

Yeah, that's usually the whole thing in a nutshell. We hate the thing in someome else, not knowing that same thing is in us too, I have seen it about myself. It is best to examine our own selves, when we have these feelings about someone. What is it that drives that person to act or react oin a certain way? Then, look within to find your own self demons that drive you to hate.

It has been my observation that when a person insults another person (hate) they do so because that person reflects the characteristics they hate within themselves.
