There is a case of that on here I think she deserves what ever she gets now ,she asked a "Q" and I read all of her "Q"'s there are a lot of crazy ones .
I think it is stupid and thoughtless to do something like this . What about all the women who really do need help ?

There should be a pretty stiff penalty for women who falsely accuse men of rape. Being branded a sex offender is not funny and quite damaging.

I agree with you. You shouldn't jeapordize someone elses reputation with such serious false accusations. And like you said, that makes the real rape victims get the short end of the deal. This is a serious issue, and people sholdnt cry wolf.

Unfortunately it is girls like her who have made it EXTREMELY difficult for those who have really been raped to prove it! My 3 year old daughter was raped by a 10 year old neighbor and BELIEVE IT OR NOT - the legal system is questioning the validity of my daughter's statements! This girl should be ashamed of herself and obviously doesn't realize the ramifications of her accusations - not only for the person she has accused, but for those women (and children) who really have been raped!

Very shameful! Never met one but I guess some girls are so mad at some guy for whatever reason,they do this. Rape is serious,the punishment is real.
And sadly if she has proof he had sex with her,she can have a case. Maybe they had sex,he dumped her and now she's angry. No excuse. feel very sorry for these guys and then theyll forever be labeled a rapist.

She doesn't know what rape IS until she IS raped. Did you see that she was forced to put on a condom previously? She added to her little details. My opinion is, as I stated, I would acquit ANY man who was in THIS situation!!!!!! Beyond ridiculous and it IS shameful! We can only hope she isn't going to try to use THIS forum as validation for her "case" in court, if she dares try!!!!!!!! How laughable! How utterly stupid! Talk about abuse.....she is abusing our sensibilities and intelligence!

I think it was stupid because in the first place she got herself naked and teased him then she said stop.
Whats the point of teasing someone if you dont want to do something with him. Pointless.

it's wrong becauuse for the guy and also for all gurls who really have been raped it's not right I hate when girls do that. It is because of girls like that the rest of us girls who have those kinda problems get called liers and whore.
