sometimes when it is cold inside or outside i will get nose freeze. The inside of my nose gets very cold just like brain freeze. It's very annoying and uncomfortable. It will last for like 10 seconds and it gets so cold that my eyes get red and begin to run and my face gets red as well. What is this? Is it normal?

Sounds like you have a serious blood circulation problem there. Go to an ear, nose and throat Dr!

I get that too, it's called Life In Chicago In January. I use a mufffler over my face.
