It depends. If you can pitch your fastball fast,low, and inside pitch your fastball. If you have a good curveball than pitch it. Pitch one of your best pitches mostly and set the batters up to strike them out easier.

Just throw strikes and keep the ball low. If you cannot throw a pitch for strikes it does not matter how many different grips you have.

Honeslty, keep the ball DOWN.

It doesn't matter which pitches you throw. As long as you keep the ball at the batter's knees and lower, they will have trouble driving it anywhere.

Fast ball and follow it up with a change up. A change up is more effective than a curve ball.
