I would gladly do it for free. I haven't had a leg-over since my birthday, and you don't want to know when that was. Even then, it was a half-hearted token gesture.

No as i have a lot more respect for myself to do that and to be honest money does not make you happy at the end of the day.
I would only feel cheep and dirty afterwards and that no amount of money would make up for that.
