The problem isn't the processor, it's the integrated graphics.
3200+ is plenty of processor power but the GeForce Go 6100 is below the recommended hardware, and since it's a laptop you can't modify that it. So you can probably play it, but it wont run very smoothly- you'll probably need to put settings on minimum detail.

my old desktop has about the same specs as you have there and it will play it but you will have to put all of the settings and resolution on lowest ... it wont look very good and will be choppy ... you need 1 gig of ram and a really good video card to fully experience the game ...

Playing such a high fi game on laptop...i dunno about that dude...Elder scroll 4 is extremly beautifull looking games...u should try to play it on Pc,with big LCD monitor..u wil surely enjoy it...

About your question...yes u can play that game,u clear all the moderate requirements.
